Projects 2 is an advanced project management application that facilitates planning, updating, and reporting on project progress. It features various visualization tools including Task List, Gantt, and Calendar views, which enhance the ability to comprehend project timelines and relationships.

<li>Linked Tasks: Supports parent-child task relationships with automatic updates when parent tasks change.</li>

<li>Sort: Tasks can be sorted manually or automatically by name, start date, end date, and grouped by status.</li>
<li>Resources: Facilitates resource creation and assignment to tasks, with filtering and searching capabilities across views.</li>
<li>Search: Provides keyword search for tasks and notes to quickly locate relevant items.</li>
<li>Dashboard: Presents a summarized overview of project key metrics such as dates, task counts, statuses, durations, and completion levels.</li>
<li>To Do List: Incorporates checklists within tasks to track deliverables, automatically updating task completion percentage as items are checked off.</li>

The task management interface includes:

<li>Task View: Lists project tasks with customizable display options; supports showing/hiding notes and completed tasks; color coding for status; marking milestones; editing task details such as description, notes, dates, duration, status, flags, resources; establishing parent/child relationships.</li>
<li>Gantt View: Visualizes project timelines with adjustable scales (days/weeks/months/quarters); supports zooming and panning; tapping on tasks centers them in view; long-press to establish relationships; customizable information display alongside Gantt bars.</li>
<li>Calendar: Displays tasks in monthly and daily formats; interactive controls allow adjusting task timings; calendar appearance can be customized to show/hide notes and completed tasks; supports both Gantt-style and time-based views.</li>
